  When a dinner at a local restaurant is the highlight of your road-trip to Crater Lake....
  
  We stayed in Medford on our way back from... you guessed it - Crater lake, and ended up dining at this place since it was open past 8pm.
  
  - The decor of this establishment is homely and vibrant, something that was very welcoming after a long day of trekking.
  - The customer service from start to end was very courteous and commendable.
  - They have booths and open tables, so there's something for everyone!
  
  Now, on to the food-
  
  I noticed the BIG (trust me, they're BIG) plates on every tables, as I was walking towards the restroom (which are very clean, if you're wondering), but since we was STARVING, we gambled and ordered a plate each. I ordered the Arroz Con Pollo platter, and boy it was a treat.
  - The dish smelled divine, was very flavorful ,and spiced to perfection.
  - The meat-to-sauce ratio was perfect - something i look out for at Mexican places.
  - The house made tortillas and salsas added the perfect touch!
  
  I also tried the fajita Burrito that my +1 ordered, and it was delicious as well (and huge. You get it... the serving size here is XXL)
  
  The icing on the cake was the pricing. For the serving size, the prices are very affordable.
  Too bad I could not get my leftovers to-go, because I had enough Aollo left for lunch the next day.
  Also, too bad this place is 500+ miles away from where I live. Bay Area could use a restaurant like this in its vicinity.

  This is my first time at this restaurant, and if I could give it more than five stars I most definitely would! The food is absolutely wonderful a very bright and popping atmosphere, and the staff are just amazingly friendly. Definitely recommend for anyone in the mood for Mexican food. Also, Juanita gave an outstanding service! If you can request your waitress definitely ask for her, she went above and beyond and gave excellent service!!

  Daniel was an amazing server! Very kind and accommodating. This place is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the valley! Thumbs up for all of the hard work.

  Yummy.
  Best bean dip I've had in a long time.
   Free chips, salsa, and bean dip with meal.
  Lots of good food for a good price.
   Brought some home with us and made a second
      meal the next night.
  Cheery interior.
  Very good service.
  Nice little free dessert.

  Meh....decent prices, good service, large portions but the salsa needs some kick. Food was pretty good and the Mexican coleslaw was super tasty
  The passion fruit margarita was really good but the blackberry was a pass.  We had a beard hair in one dish and the waiter was super responsive and took care of it right away, boxing up our new dish to go. We were not mad at all and they then comped us dessert and shots to end the meal.

  Wow!  This place is amazing!  Usually I have to add salsa to get any decent flavoring but not here!  The food is flavored amazingly!  Best steak fajitas I've ever had!! Great prices and fast service too!  Thank you!
